Text Box: Fall Auction Thursday, October 21, 2010 RESERVATION FORM Where your best "Western Wear" Jeans, vest, bandanas, cowboy hats or boots!        The St. Bernard’s Fall Auction is the largest fundraiser for the PTG.  This year’s theme is “The Fall Round-up:  Rounding up friends for fun” .  The PTG uses its proceeds to directly help the students.  What is the fall Auction, you ask?  We collect donations from local businesses and from generous families in the parish and the school; these items are then used for the auction.  Each item has a collection bag, were you place your numbered ticket.  Once everyone has dropped their tickets in, the winning tickets are drawn and the winners collect their prize.        It has been a tradition at St. Bernard’s for many years, and people look forward to the auction every year and keep coming back, even if they never win.  There are a limited number of admission tickets available each year, so tickets are always by Reservation Only.  (Reservation form) . Please keep that in mind for this year’s auction, so you don’t miss out on our great prizes!  If you were unable to attend last year’s event it was fun and a huge success, raising over $14,000.        The St. Bernard School faculty is excited to be hosting the event this year but we can't do it alone. We need many volunteers and donations to make it a success.  We look forward to working with the parents, parish members and community businesses to make this year’s auction as successful and even better then last years.  Thank you to all of the volunteers who helped last year.  We hope to see you again this year and also some new faces and fresh ideas as the planning begins.
